Your inquiry will be triaged and assessed for urgency. If we determine that your inquiry is urgent, we will do our best to respond as soon as possible.

International Health Insurance (IHI) Inquiries
If you have any International Health Insurance questions, please open a ticket through the:
Current or prospective McGill students, parents, McGill staff, and others can contact International Student Services about questions on health insurance benefits and claim reimbursements by submitting a ticket.
McGill Students and Staff: please use your McGill credentials to sign-in.
Non-McGill users: Please send your inquiry to international.health [at] mcgill.ca.
