ISS is open Mondays to Fridays, 10am - 4pm both in-person and virtually.
As of December 23rd 2024, international students who are currently residing in Canada can no longer apply for a immigration documents (study and work permits) at the border by leaving the country and then immediately re-entering in what is known as "flagpoling".
