- Applying for an exemption on Minerva by the deadlines indicated in the second column will ensure that you are not charged interest on the unpaid International Health Insurance fee while you wait for your documents to be processed.
- If we do not receive an appropriate supporting document by the deadlines on the third column, your online request on Minerva will be denied.
- After the deadlines in the third column, all exemption requests and supporting documents must be submitted directly to International Health Insurance Portal.
- Exemption documents received after the above deadlines in the third column may be considered on a case by case basis, but you will be responsible for paying any interest or late payment fees as they appear on your student fee account.
- Interest charges will not be reversed for late exemption requests.
- Exemptions from the International Health Insurance plan cannot be processed retroactively for previous terms or academic years.
