Provincial Attestation Letter (PAL): For more information regarding the PAL and how to obtain it, please go to our Study Permit FAQ's. 

CAQ Requirement: As of January 1st 2026, incoming graduate students (Master's and PhD) will no longer need a PAL for their study permit application. However, they are still required to obtain a CAQ.
