Did you know that you don’t have to come to the Brown Student Services Building to receive information on and tips for health and wellness? Just ask your Local Wellness Advisor (LWA), Samara Yesovitch! LWAs are trained clinicians who are here to orient and connect you with the appropriate resource - on-campus or off-campus - for your unique situation. LWAs also offer wellness programming tailored to your faculty and work with departments on wellness awareness, prevention and early intervention.

On the commencement of your program, you will be assigned a career coach and immediately start working with them to develop a clear sense of your strengths and target career path. Your coach will work with you over the course of the two-year program, supporting key learnings from the professional development curriculum and providing personalized feedback and encouragement.

The DGSS is a student-run association serving the interests of you, the masters students of the Desautels Faculty of Management. Your advisor is here to help you succeed in your program by assisting you with your class schedule, course registration, your student record, exams, etc.; providing information related to academic accommodations for exceptional circumstances; organizing activities related to student wellness; offering support and referrals in cases of academic or personal difficulty.

Office for Students with Disabilities (OSD)

The OSD works with students who have documented disabilities, mental health issues, chronic health conditions, or other impairments. These may be temporary, permanent, or episodic. We encourage all students to book an appointment with an Access Services Advisor to discuss your barriers and to determine what resources or accommodations will help to make your time at McGill a success.

Indigenous Initiatives

Indigenous Initiatives is the central hub for Indigenous strategies and initiatives at McGill University. Find updates on McGill's Calls to Action, Indigenous-led events and projects, and more. The First Peoples' House (FPH) at McGill is a central hub for Indigenous student support by providing a series of academic, community, and cultural-based support. The FPH offers services including dedicated study space, cultural programming and events, and residence rooms.
