Access the Course Catalogue where you can browse by academic units or search by program or course. Typically, courses offered by the faculties of Arts or Science are permitted.
It is the student's responsibility to verify if they are eligible to take the course by checking the information in Minerva's Class Schedule and the Restricted Electives page, BEFORE the end of the Add/Drop period.
- Non-management courses at the 100 or 200 level are recommended for students as electives or as introductory courses if you are interested in a minor concentration in that area.
- Courses offered by the Desautels Faculty of Management can also be used as electives.
- For Prerequisite and Restriction information, click on the CRN of the specific course in Minerva's Class schedule:
- Some faculties will not block registration based on missing prerequisites or restrictions. It is your responsibility to ensure you have completed the prerequisite.
- Alternatively, some departments, like Psychology, uses Reserved Seating (Reserved Closed) and spaces may not be available even though it is showing spaces.
