Proposing an Event

1. Refer to the Event Calendar and Room Reservation System to avoid scheduling conflicts
2. Submit your proposal for approval at least 6 months prior to the proposed event
3. Submitted forms will be received by Debbie.Rashcovsky [at] mcgill.ca (Debbie Rashcovsky). She will contact you if more information is required
4. Proposals will be reviewed at the monthly meeting of the Events Committee

Requests for financial support of events must be submitted communications.neuro [at] mcgill.ca (subject: Sponsorship) (Neuro Communications).
