Parking - Molson stadium

The Molson Stadium Parking is open to patients and visitors. 50 parking spaces are permanently reserved for patients and visitors to the Neuro. They are outlined in red on the plan below and located at the Sports Complex/Neuro Lot. Permit holders and those with yellow day passes are prohibited from using these spaces.

Directions to the parking lot: You will need to go to the top of University Street (past The Neuro) and turn right to enter the parking lot.

How to get the reduced rate for patients and visitors:

Keep the parking ticket you got at the parking entrance.

You must get a proof of appointment or a visit voucher to get the reduced rate. Here’s how:

  • If you are a patient, you must request proof of appointment (e.g., an appointment confirmation paper) or a visit voucher from your clinic.
  • If you are a visitor, you must request a visit voucher from the care unit or the security desk located in Room 157 on the first floor.

Before going to your car, go to the parking booth with your proof of appointment or visit voucher and parking ticket. Then, you will get the reduced rate and pay for your parking.

RVH Legacy parking lot (p3/p4)

Patients and visitors should visit the security desk at the Allan Memorial Institute (1025 Pine Avenue West), or the clinics at The Neuro to receive a reduced rate coupon.

Patients and visitors should mention to the clinic that they are parked at the RVH when asking for a coupon.

Drop off zones

People may be dropped off/picked up at the hospital main entrance on University Ave. Vehicles must then either park in the parking lot or leave the premises. All entrances, exits and roads must be free of vehicles for safety and security reasons. The City of Montreal is permitted to issue parking tickets for vehicles illegally parked on The Neuro grounds.

Reduced Mobility (Handicap) parking

The Neuro offers two parking areas for patients with reduced mobility:

  1. Ambulance Entrance (University Street)

  • Six designated spots are available at the back of the hospital.

  • To access, turn right into the Ambulance Entrance on University Street, then turn left.

  1. Molson Stadium Parking Lot

  • Six designated spots are available behind Molson Stadium parking lot.

  • Note: Parking is unavailable the day before and on the day of Alouettes home games.

The Neuro Cares Fund: We are here to help

The Neuro Cares Fund provides financial support for those in need by helping cover the unexpected expenses of being diagnosed with a neurological illness. Open to all hospitalized patients. Please contact your social worker to see if you qualify.
