Business Hours

  • Our online box office is available 24 hours a day.
  • The box office opens one hour before any ticketed event.

Ways to Purchase

  1. Online: Tickets can be booked online for paid events and for free events with reserved seating. Payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover. Visit our event calendar for a complete listing of our concerts and events.
     
  2. At the event: One hour before any ticketed event. Payment methods include Debit, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. The Schulich School of Music Box Office does not accept cash.

Parking 

Please note that the Schulich School of Music does not have a parking lot. Metered street parking is available in Montreal's downtown core or consider using nearby private parking lots such as Parking Rythme (575, Ave du Président-Kennedy) or Loto-Québec (500, Sherbrooke Street West). Alternatives can be found on Parkopedia, an interactive map of parking options.

Before, after, and during the concert 

  • Only ticket holders will be admitted into the hall. 
  • The Schulich School of Music Event Staffers reserve the right to assign latecomers to different seats. 
  • Out of respect for the artists, latecomers or those who momentarily leave the hall during the performance will be reassigned to the nearest seat at the appropriate moment. 
  • No refunds or exchanges are possible for latecomers. 
  • It is forbidden to photograph, film, or record the performances in any way. 
  • The Schulich School of Music personnel may ask any disruptive client to leave the hall at any time; their tickets will not be exchanged or refunded. 
  • The Schulich School of Music’s concerts are not recommended for children under the age of 5. Parents wishing to bring children must purchase a ticket for their child. 

Refund Policy 

Tickets are non-exchangeable, non-refundable.

Ticket Information for Schulich students and staff

Free tickets, when available (see policy), must be reserved online prior to the beginning of the concert. No exceptions will be made.
