In an era of talent scarcity, the balance of power between employer and employee has shifted, Saab told Medium.com in an interview for Authority Magazine.
This forces companies to course correct, and even overcorrect, from performance-based to happiness-first cultures. But virtual connectivity will continue to evolve, and allow organizations to tap in to the global talent pool. Companies will need agile teams to navigate and adapt to continued change.
