Navigating Microaggressions in the Workplace

This interactive workshop is designed to equip participants with a greater understanding of microaggressions, the ways people and work are impacted, and how to intervene when they occur.

By attending this workshop, participants will be better able to:

• Analyze examples of microaggressions
• Identify microintervention strategies
