Post Job Opportunities
All Management students have access to the Career Services online job postings. It is a quick and efficient way for your organization to reach students for your full-time, part-time, summer or internship opportunities.
If you would like to post a position available to Management Students, sign-in to myFuture to login to or create an account and post your opportunities.
Host an Information Sessions
Give students an opportunity to know your company in greater depth! By holding an Information Session, it is your chance to showcase your company and let students know about your corporate culture, job opportunities and typical career paths. It’s also the right time to network with students and answer their questions about your organization.
Your session can be an informal networking session or a more structured presentation.
If your organization is interested in holding an Information session, Career Services will work with you to set a date that works well within student schedules; organize logistics of room rental, food and beverage; and promote the event on-campus to students through myFuture.
Once you have selected the applicants that you would like to interview, Career Services is available to assist you with scheduling the interviews with the students.
Host a Coffee Chat
Set up coffee chats to chat with our students informally, virtually or in-person. These discussions can take place one-on-one, or in an intimate group roundtable setting. DesautelsConnect is our exclusive platform for hosting web-based coffee chats over a topic of discussion.
Showcase Your Brand at the Jaclyn Fisher Management Career Fair
The Desautels Faculty of Management holds an annual Jaclyn Fisher Management Career Fair hosted for our Management students. This annual event (usually held mid-September) is the perfect opportunity for employers to create visibility on-campus, promote job opportunities and meet potential employees.
Participate in Mock Interviews
Employers can help students improve their interviewing skills by giving mock interviews and constructive feedback.
Guest Speak and Workshop Opportunities
Speaking on topics such as industry trends, current issues, and management-in-practice is a great way to engage students and share your experience with Management students. Guest speaker and workshop opportunities allow you to increase awareness of your organization as well as meet and get to know the talent at the Desautels Faculty of Management.
Suggested topics for workshops and presentations include:
- In-depth presentations of your industry
- Market and Industry Trends
- Networking Techniques
- Interviewing Techniques
- Company Recruiting Practices (candidate profiles, etc)
