Thank you for your interest in our position(s). As per MCLIU guidelines, courses will be posted (if applicable) and allocated under the provisions of article 16 of the agreement. Only those candidates to whom a course is offered will be contacted. The deadlines for issuing contracts are:
- July 2, 2025 for the Fall 2025 term (for courses posted May 30, 2025)
- October 30, 2025 for the Winter 2026 term (for courses posted October 1, 2025)
- February 27, 2026 for the Summer 2026 term (for courses posted January 30, 2026)
- In the case of late postings, 2 days after the posted deadline (see article 15.06)

Les professeurs de cours pratiques et de petits ensembles (ex. ceux/celles dont le nom est inscrit sur les listes de points de priorité de SCCIM), doivent indiquer leurs disponibilités tel que prévu à l’article 25.03 de la convention collective de SCCIM. / Practical and Small Ensemble instructors (i.e. those on the MCLIU priority points lists) must indicate their availability as per Article 25.03 of the MCLIU collective agreement.
