The Hnatyshyn Foundation Christa and Franz-Paul Decker Fellowship in Conducting

Established in 2017 by the Hnatyshyn Foundation, alongside family, friends and colleagues, in honour of the late Professor Franz-Paul Decker, DMus, h.c., 2002, renowned conductor of orchestras across Canada and around the world, and Christa Decker. The Fellowship is awarded by the Schulich School of Music to a Canadian graduate student entering or enrolled in conducting at the Schulich School of Music who shows exceptional talent and potential.
