The McGill Dobson Centre for Entrepreneurship is launching a new hands-on program for entrepreneurs wanting to launch sustainability-driven businesses. Funded with a $1 million gift from the Weston Family Foundation, the new Weston Family Entrepreneurial Innovation & Sustainability Program will help aspiring changemakers accelerate the development of their startups through two 8-week sessions. The first session will focus on ideation, and help participants refine their concept and business plan. In the second session, personalized coaching will prepare participants to compete in a two-round pitch session, with the top three finishers earning prizes of $10,000, $15,000, and $25,000, respective.
