TalentEgg recognizes innovation in the McGill Desautels Career Management team

The McGill Desautels Career Management team has taken home the TalentEgg Special Award For Innovation By Career Centre, announced at the 12th annual TalentEgg Recruitment Excellence Awards and Conference on Wednesday, June 7, 2023.

The Career Management team has been highlighted for its dedication to helping McGill University business students develop key transferable skills, establish industry connections, and to understand what is needed to ultimately achieve their career goals and thrive in today's ambiguous and ever-evolving work environment.

Through innovative programs, events and integrated learning workshops, the Career Management team drives initiatives to prepare students and empower them with the skills required to make an impact. Over the last year, the office has introduced a number of equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) initiatives, including inviting 11 corporate partners to join its EDI Industry Advisory Board and hosting a training session entitled “Embracing our Roles as Allies in Creating Inclusive Workplaces.”
