Establishing a global support network for education leaders
In his 2019 book, “Bedtime Stories for Managers,” Professor Henry Mintzberg pointed out a lack of opportunity for managers to come together and discuss progress, growth, and the unique challenges they face in leading teams.
Building on this research, he’s partnering with eduCCAte Global, a non-profit organization committed to increasing access to climate change education, to offer a “Bedtime Stories for Headteachers” virtual workshop series. The series will bring together leaders in education from around the world to discuss best practices in schools. In the first workshop this October, breakouts groups will focus on the topic “Influencing Others: Leading Through Trust.”
