ABB Canada CEO on people power
In an interview with Professor Karl Moore, Nathalie Pilon, CEO of ABB Canada, reveals that, while a major part of her job revolves around numbers, it’s the people behind an organization that inspire her most.
As she says, “This is what gives me energy every day. It’s the people that I can affect and make a difference for.”
