Equipment
The EDDU flow facility is equipped with two flow cytometers, for cell sorting and analysis:
CELL SORTING:
BDFACsAria Fusion Flow Cytometer
- High speed, single-cell sorting
- 18 parameters with four lasers
- Housed in BSL2 biosafety cabinet
- Capabilities for sorting into tubes/plates
CELL ANALYSIS:
ThermoFisher Attune NxT Flow Cytometer
- Acoustic-assisted hydrodynamic focusing
- 16 parameters and four lasers
- Autosampler for analysis of 96/384 well plates
