Effective as of the Fall 2018 term, an agreement between the French Community of Belgium and Quebec government allows francophone Belgian students to be exempted from the international tuition fee supplement.
- Undergraduate program students are eligible to be charged at the Canadian rate of tuition
- Graduate program students, including students in a Qualifying year, are eligible to be charged at the Quebec rate of tuition
- All Special and Visiting students are eligible to be charged at the Canadian rate of tuition
1. Valid Belgian passport
2. Study permit
4. Front and back sides of the Carte d'identité belge francophone valide (with "Belgique" written in French, listed first at the top left) OR
the certificat d’enseignement secondaire supérieur (CESS) OR
the diplôme de baccalauréat ou de maîtrise délivré par un établissement de l’enseignement obligatoire ou supérieur organisé ou subventionné par la Communauté française de Belgique
