An agreement between the French and Quebec governments allows French citizens registered full-time in a program to be exempted from the international tuition fee supplement.
Documents required:
a) French citizens without Canadian legal status:
- Valid French passport
- Valid Study permit
- Valid CAQ
b) French citizens with Canadian legal status:
- Valid French passport
- Proof of Canadian status. Please refer to the instructions for Canadians.
Fee rates (students without Canadian legal status):
- Undergraduate program students will be charged the Canadian rate of tuition.
- Graduate program students (including students in a Qualifying year) will be charged the Quebec rate of tuition.
