McGill alumna Stephanie Gutnik shares insight from career path at tech giant
In order to grow, you need to get outside of your comfort zone. For Stephanie Gutnik (BA’11), many of the most memorable experiences and important contacts have come from situations where she put herself out there. Now Yahoo’s Global Head of DOOH (Digital Out of Home Advertising), Gutnik encourages McGill students to get involved in their workplace beyond their actual job description. Participating in committees and volunteering your time can be a great way to learn new things, make new contacts, and help achieve career success.
