Desautels undergraduates bring home podium finishes at prestigious Jeux du Commerce

Congratulations to Desautels BCom students for their outstanding performance at the Jeux du Commerce (JDC) 2023! Hosted by HEC Montreal on January 6-9, it brought together 1,100 participants from 14 universities, and is the largest student case competition in Eastern Canada. The 35th edition of the event was attended by a Desautels delegation of 83 students, led by Bobbi Ward-Holmes, Marika Dallaire and Amy Pagé of the Desautels Management Competitions Committee (DMCC) and Pili Ceballos, Vice-President of Competitions of Management Undergraduate Society (MUS). They brought home podium finishes and awards in numerous categories.

Management student Julien Dupont won the Recognition Prize, and McGill students brought home six podium finishes:

  • Sustainable Development –1st place
  • Human Resources Management – 2nd place
  • Interactive Case – 2nd place
  • Debate – 3rd place
  • Finance – 3rd place
  • Sports, Ultimate Frisbee – 3rd place
