Canadian Business School Research Productivity Survey Shows Desautels Faculty in Top Spot

Conducted by the Gustavson School of Business, University of Victoria, the primary purpose of this survey is to report the research productivity of Canadian business schools during 2005‐09 using the publication of peer reviewed journal articles in 40 top journals used by Financial Times (FT 40 journals). Data collection took place between summer 2010 and March 2011.

Out of 26 surveyed Canadian business schools, the Desautels Faculty of Management was number 1 for total FT40 articles per full time equivalency (FTE) and within the top 5 for percentage of FT40 publications out of the total amount.
