On Tuesday, June 7, IT Services began releasing the incorrectly quarantined attachments to intended recipients. However, this process was stopped due to issues reported by some users and IT staff.
Email users whose mailboxes may have been affected will be receiving an update email from Support Ist, with new information on how to proceed.
