Changes to the composition of the Neuro Advisory Board

Message from the Director, Dr. Guy Rouleau

I am pleased to announce that Ms. Madeleine Paquin C.M., FSCMA has been appointed as a new community representative, effective October 1, 2024. She brings complementary expertise and guidance that will be invaluable for the positioning of The Neuro.

Madeleine was the President and CEO of LOGISTEC Corporation from 1996 to January 2024. She is currently an independent director at Air Canada Ltd.

Madeleine is the recipient of numerous awards including an Entrepreneur of The Year award in 2021 from Canada’s EY. She was appointed a Member of the Order of Canada in 2017 and was inducted into the Cercle des Grands entrepreneurs du Québec in 2019 and to the Canadian Business Hall of Fame in 2023. Madeleine has been involved with The Neuro since 2015, serving as a member of as well as chairing the Honorary Committee for the A Brilliant Night gala which raises funds for brain cancer research.

We would like to welcome Madeleine and thank her for her support and commitment to The Neuro.

I take this opportunity to express my gratitude to Ms. Suzanne de Grandpré, who, on August 31, 2024, completed her last term on the Advisory Board serving as a member representing McGill University. Suzanne has been an engaged member of our community for more than twenty years offering invaluable insights and dedication to our mission.
