Update: Research Ramp-up Process

<p>We have drafted a Neuro plan and guidelines for the phased in resumption of research activities, complying with both McGill and MUHC protocols.</p> <p>The Neuro plan is currently being reviewed by the University. While this process takes its due course, please note that the first phase of research resumption at The Neuro is tentatively planned to start on May 19. </p> <p>As a reminder, each PI will have to submit a plan/apply for re-entry detailing how they will phase in lab personnel and adhere to safety guidelines. </p>

<p>We are committed to ensure that all Neuro investigators follow the updated directives on further restrictions on research activities, as communicated on 24 March 2020 by the Faculty of Medicine.</p> <p>By now, those of you who requested authorization to continue to perform research services after 11:00 pm this evening have received further information on what constitutes essential research services, as well as the list of your lab personnel who have been authorized to conduct essential research services.</p>
