How many issues are published annually? In addition to regular articles, what other features/sections does the journal include?
What is the motivation for moving the journal to OJS? What does the journal hope to achieve by this transition?
McGill Library publishes exclusively open access and online. How will you manage any required changes in the formats offered or in your current policies regarding copyright ownership, access, or subscription models?
What disciplines and sub-disciplines are covered? Identify the ‘core’ target market(s) for your journal.
Who are the editors of this journal? How is the editorial board structured?
List and describe any existing contractual agreements with other publishers or indexing/abstracting/aggregation services.
Identify who holds the copyright for content included in all back issues of this title.
Backfile information
Are there plans to migrate previous back issues to the OJS?
If yes, please list the format (e.g. PDF, word document etc.). If no, do you have copyright clearance to post the articles electronically?
