The ROAAr reading room is open to all. Please note that any material you wish to consult must be requested in advance of your visit. We will not be able to accommodate walk-in patrons who have not requested material in advance.

Accessing McGill University Archives
- Archival documents must be consulted on site in the ROAAr Reading Room. Requests can be submitted by email or telephone. Please note that requests will be answered within 20 business days. Users will be informed if any additional delay is necessary.
- Most of our holdings are available. However, please note that some documents may have restricted access. Researchers should submit research request as detailed as possible or come to the MUA with good background information and a clear idea of their research project.
