Dr Serge Chassagnon is graduated from the university of Strasbourg (France), where he completed the neurology residency program, obtained his medical degree (2000, functional mapping of the human medial non-primary motor cortex) and PhD studies (2006, epileptogenic and non-epileptogenic zones: blood flow measurements in humans and animals).
Fields of interest include: epilepsy, depth EEG, transcranial magnetic stimulation.
He is now working as a postdoctoral fellow supported by the Savoy fundation and the French foreign office (Egide), for the analysis of relationship between interictal spikes and fMRI activation in generalized epilepsies (EEG-fMRI recording).
