Nicole van Klink obtained her BSc degree in Technical Medicine at the University of Twente in the Netherlands in 2010. She continued with a master track Technical Medicine – Medical Signaling at the same university and got her MSc in 2013. During her master thesis project at the University Medical Center Utrecht in the Netherlands she got interested in epilepsy and epileptic source localization by using high frequency oscillations (HFOs). Now she is pursuing a PhD at the UMC Utrecht, focusing on HFOs, primarily in noninvasive recordings.
In August 2014 she joined the Montreal Neurological Institute for a four month project focusing on HFOs and spikes in surface EEG.
