Leila Ayoubian received her BEng. in Electronics Engineering from Azad University, Tehran (1999). She obtained her MSc. in Data Communication (2004) and her PhD. in Signal Processing (2008) from Brunel University, UK. Her PhD research involved interdisciplinary research area of signal processing and cognitive neuroscience, Wavelet-based filters for the analysis of Event-Related Potentials.
October 2009 -June 2011 she was working at MNI as a postdoctoral fellow. Her research was focused on seizure detection techniques, inintracranial recordings ofepileptic patients using high frequency oscillations.
