Due to sustainability efforts to go paperless, the use of the Drop Box (at 680 Sherbrooke outside of room 724) has significantly decreased in the past few years, and effective November 5, 2024 will be removed.

Implementation of Enhanced 3WM / Lancement du triple rapprochement

Pursuant to our message below, we are pleased to announce that 3WM will go-live on Monday, October 21st. 3WM means Receipt will be mandatory on all newly created POs equal to or greater than $2,500 CDN (taxes included).

Update: PCard Regulation / Modification: Règlement sur la carte d’achat (PCard)

The PCard Regulation has been updated:

PR1.1 now states that “PCard Holders must be McGill Employees and must have successfully completed their probation period”.
