What is the Toronto Meet McGill Program?
Toronto Meet McGill is an annual multi-day program, organized by the Desautels Soutar Career Centre for master’s students in the MBA, MMA, MMF, and MMR programs. The event is tailored to help students expand their professional network, connect with Toronto-based businesses, and explore potential career and internship opportunities.
Why should you attend?
The Toronto Meet McGill program is designed to connect students with leading organizations and industry professionals through company visits, networking events, and engagement with alumni. It provides a hands-on opportunity to explore different career paths, gain insights into various industries, and strengthen professional networks.
Participation criteria:
- Current Enrollment: Must be a current McGill Master's student in the MBA, MMA, MMF, or MMR programs.
- Interest in Toronto’s Job Market: Desire to build connections and explore opportunities in Toronto.

Friday, January 30, 2026
Morning & Afternoon – Company Visit:
There will only be one company visit available at IBM. This visit would combine the Analytics, Finance (M&A Team) and Consulting / Strategy (IBM Consulting) streams. We need a minimum number of participants to confirm this visit. Please indicate if you are interested and available to participate.

MMR, MMA, and MBA Students: Your classes for January 28–30 will be rescheduled to accommodate Toronto Meet McGill. You are expected to be available from Wednesday morning through Thursday late afternoon, with the option to join the Friday IBM visit.
MMF Students: You are expected to attend your evening class on January 27. Plan to arrive Wednesday afternoon and participate in visits from Wednesday evening through Friday, including the IBM visit.
Cost and inclusions:
The Toronto Meet McGill program offers a comprehensive experience that combines career development with unique networking opportunities. The cost is $75 per student (covers registration, all company visits, and the alumni cocktail). The fee will be charged directly to your student account. Refunds are available until November 14, 2025.
Note: Transportation, accommodation, and meals outside the cocktail are not included.
