Abstract
In this workshop, we will explore how to write conceptual/theory (non-empirical) papers for management journals. The workshop will be hands-on, so please bring a laptop, dress comfortably, and come ready to work and share your work. It would benefit you to come with an idea for a theory paper that you will want to work on during the day; this might be at the idea stage, but it might also be an advanced working paper under review or with an R&R. More developed papers can often benefit significantly from stepping back and thinking through the overall structure of the paper and the core idea.
