The information revolution has given rise to big data analytics, artificial intelligence, and other emerging technologies set to radically transform the retailing sector. It is only a matter of time before these technologies becomes so intertwined with everyday life that they will no longer seem abstract. As such, businesses should prepare for the impact of transformative technologies on retailing practices and consumer beheviour.

Co-hosted by the McGill Centre for the Convergence of Health and Economics (MCCHE) and the Bensadoun Retailing Initiative at the Desautels Faculty of Management, McGill University, this event features a keynote lecture by Dr. Gautam Shroff -- Vice President & Chief Scientist TCS Research, Tata Consultancy Services -- and a twin panel discussion with world renowned McGill scientists focusing on the implications of emerging technologies for retailing and agri-food industries.

Please join us for an evening of discussion followed by a cocktail reception. This event is open to the public and registration is required.
