Effective September 1st: New PCard Regulation, Proof of Purchase & PayPal

To all Finance users
As communicated earlier this summer, the new PCard Regulation takes effect today, September 1st. We’d like to remind you that a proof of purchase (including name of the supplier, full description of what was purchased and the amount) is now a mandatory requirement for all PCard transactions and must be uploaded at the time of reconciliation.
Since the proof of purchase is now a mandatory requirement, PayPal is no longer considered a prohibited transaction.
