As founding partner of Sid Lee Toronto, Vito’s goal is to work alongside his team to create relevant and innovative consumer experiences for his clients. His role is a mix of both strategic and account leadership, bringing marketing communications and brand building know-how acquired over 15 years of professional experience. Vito believes in the power of simple, clear ideas, but is also passionate about how one arrives at that idea. He knows a thing or two about aligning business strategy with innovative, creative solutions. For these solutions to emerge, Vito contends that senior leadership has to be present from concept to execution – he starts a relationship with clients to understand their needs, assembles a team and becomes a liaison between client and agency to ensure that trust, anticipation and inspiration guide every interaction.
His undeniable love for marketing and understanding of consumer behavior is evident in all of his projects. Before starting in the strategy department of Sid Lee, Vito graduated from McGill University with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and continued to receive his MBA from McGill University in 2003.
