Rudy (Abdul Rahim) Saad is the Global Head of Private Equity and Private Capital Markets, and Executive Leadership Member at Intelligence Applied. He leads the firm’s AI-powered DealCloud and wider investing and fundraising solutions across Private Capital Markets: Private Equity, Venture Capital, Growth Equity, Private Credit, Hedge Funds, Fund-of-Funds, Limited Partners, Family Offices, and Multi-Strategies.

Founded in Palo Alto in 2000 and listed on the NASDAQ with 1,150+ personnel across 9 offices globally, Intapp is the world’s market leader in applying AI-powered solutions to 2,400+ financial and professional firms, including the vast majority of the largest private equity firms worldwide.

Rudy was formerly at Investcorp, a $50 billion global alternative investor, for 14 years where he served most recently as a Partner and Managing Director based in London.
He has more than two decades of experience in private equity and wider private markets, with more than 10 years of investing experience; from deal origination and execution, to post-acquisition value creation and exit. Additionally, he has more than 10 years of fundraising experience; from strategy and capital formation, to fund closings, secondaries, and co-investments.

Recognizing the immense potential for innovation in private market operations, he previously led the development of a FinTech platform at Investcorp, served on FinTech Bay’s advisory board, and was awarded the Global Talent Leader in FinTech endorsement by the UK Government.

He holds a bachelor’s degree with a double major in Economics and Political Science from McGill University and an Executive MBA from the University of Oxford, where he graduated ranked first in his class. He is a Guest Lecturer on private equity at McGill and a judge panelist at the Global Private Equity Challenge at the University of Oxford.
