Biography:
Janani is an organizational sociologist interested in understanding how inequality shapes workplaces and careers. Her current research examines how marginalized women in the technology sector navigate and make sense of gender inequality, providing insights on the hidden dynamics of inequality within organizations. Before starting her doctoral journey, she worked as a Human Resources consultant in India, where she led Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion initiatives across several industries.
