David Levenson is a Senior Vice President with Brookfield’s Infrastructure Group based in Toronto, where he is responsible for evaluating new investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, structuring investments and monitoring portfolio company performance. Mr. Levenson joined Brookfield in 2004 and has worked on numerous infrastructure initiatives, including investments in timberlands, infrastructure and various property opportunities. Prior to joining Brookfield, Mr. Levenson worked for Willis Stein & Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm with over $3 billion of capital under management, as an associate in their investing group, as well as a senior role in a portfolio company. Before joining Willis Stein & Partners, Mr. Levenson was a Mergers & Acquisitions analyst at BMO Nesbitt Burns, a Toronto based investment bank. Mr. Levenson holds his Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University and his MBA from Harvard University. He is also the holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
