Rethinking the Way We Measure Success



This workshop, which was offered in the winter calendar, addressed asked participants to reflect on the following:

  • How effectively am I meeting the needs of my clients?
  • Who are my clients?
  • Are my processes (my ways of doing things) optimal in achieving client satisfaction?

In this session entitled you will learn practical tips and tricks for evaluating your client satisfaction levels. We will also introduce useful strategies and tools to help you to better identify who your clients are and understand what is critical to their satisfaction.
