Ergonomics Onsite, Offsite, and In-Between

Description:

This interactive ergonomic workshop will focus on teaching you how to increase your comfort in your hybrid working spaces. You will receive practical tips and suggestions for setting up your McGill and home workstations with the goal of preventing pain and discomfort.

This workshop will be given by Occupational Therapy students completing their final placement with Work Well McGill and their co-Supervisors Brenda Grant and Sara Saunders. Brenda Grant is an Occupational Therapist with 13 years experience and an interest in the area of return-to-work. Sara Saunders is an Occupational Therapist with over 20 years experience in workplace disability prevention and ergonomics. She is also the Director of the Occupational Therapy program at McGill University.

Come and explore the many options for making your hybrid working spaces more comfortable.

This workshop is also part of the new Healthy Hybrid Attestation.
