Recognizing Research Excellence

The Christophe Pierre Award for Research Excellence recognizes excellence in research by academic staff in the Faculty of Engineering. It consists of a certificate of recognition and a monetary award which may be used as salary stipend or to support his/her research, teaching and professional activities.

Research Excellence Award

Dennis Mitchell: "I am honoured and grateful to receive the Research Excellence Award from the Faculty of Engineering. The contributions from many graduate students over the years, and the collaboration with Research Associate, Dr. William Cook, have made this possible. Research Excellence Award - Early Career

Ahmed M. El-Geneidy:"This award is an honor that I share with the amazing students who have worked with me over the years as part of the Transportation Research at McGill (TRAM) research group, and without whom my research would not have been possible. I wish to thank these current students and alumni, as well as my colleagues in the School of Urban Planning who nominated me for the award.
