Engineering Inclusivity, Diversity and Equity Advancement

Under the coordination of the Faculty Equity Committee, the Faculty of Engineering is leading and supporting several initiatives that illustrate its commitment to a diverse, equitable and inclusive McGill Engineering community.

These concerns are shared by students, staff and professors alike; our initiatives focus on all stages of the student and staff lifecycle, from pipeline building and recruitment, to support and retention, to workforce diversity.
