The uPrint service will be unavailable due to an upgrade on Thursday, December 14 at 5pm until Friday, December 15 at approximately 6am.
· Print jobs attempted during the upgrade will not be accepted; no warning message will be sent.
· All print jobs in the queue but not yet printed will be abandoned at the start of the upgrade; there will be no charge for these jobs.
After the upgrade, users will not notice any difference to the uPrint service. It only impacts back-end functionality and paves the way for future service improvements.
