Updated: Access Issue: Wiley and OverDrive e-books

The week of November 22, the Library was experiencing two issues impacting user experience for Wiley and OverDrive e-book titles in which only a small portion of the Library's Wiley e-book titles were underrepresented in the Sofia catalogue and OverDrive holdings were overrepresented.

The original issue for Wiley has been fixed but the OverDrive issue, outlined below, is still outstanding.

OverDrive e-book holdings overrepresented in Sofia catalogue

The Library's OverDrive holdings are temporarily over-represented which is resulting in some non-held e-books displaying as held in the Sofia catalogue.

OCLC is working on a resolution to this issue but if a fix turns out to be unavailable, we will perform a local roll-back of the OverDrive collection to its most-recent version prior to the error.
