From Saturday, Oct. 5 through Monday, Oct. 7, the Downtown and Macdonald Campuses will be open only to McGill students, employees and essential visitors. Many classes will be held online. Remote work required where possible. See Campus Public Safety website for details.

All library branches closed until May1. Access to e-resources & virtual services continues.

Further to Quebec government and university directives, McGill campuses will be closed until May 1. As a result, all library branches on both campuses will be closed until May 1.

As a result of the closure, the Library is implementing the following initiatives:

- Reference Services: All reference services will be done on a remote basis during the closure period. Chat, email or text a librarian from Monday to Friday, 10AM-6PM from March 16-27. From March 28-May 1, connect with a librarian Monday to Friday, 10AM-6PM; Saturday & Sunday, noon-5PM.
