Leadership, Volunteer & Background Information Form

Deadline to complete this form: Tuesday July 22 by 9:00 a.m.  

We have several in-course scholarships that have an extracurricular component.  In order to gather this information, students that fall within the top 15% of the Faculty of Engineering will receive an email to complete the "Leadership, Volunteer & Background" form.  Unfortunately, we cannot confirm why a student didn't receive the email.  Students should review the policy on the Scholarships & Student Aid Office website.  If you complete this form and did not receive our email; your submission will be deleted without notification. 

Applications for in-course scholarships are not required.

***SPECIAL NOTES***

1. Completing this form does not guarantee that a student will receive an in-course scholarship
2. If a student does not have any activities, leadership, or volunteer work, they will be considered for scholarships that are based solely on SGPA (Fall 2024/Winter 2025)

Please only indicate activities that you participated in while studying at McGill University during the Fall 2024/Winter 2025 academic year - students cannot list future committees/etc. All responses will be verified.
