Matt Galloway of CBC spoke with Jean-Nicolas Beuze, the new UNHCR Representative in Canada.  Mr Beuze participated in ISID's conference "Questioning Crisis:  Rethinking Forced Migration in Theory and Practice", held March 15-16.
